For the fourth year in a row, CaixaBank has obtained the Top Employer Certification for the excellence of its Human Resources policies and practices. This recognition reflects the bank's commitment to achieving an optimal working environment, which is manifested in the excellence of its people policies and practices. 

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies leading organisations in people practices based on their participation and results in the HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains, including 20 areas such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, wellbeing and diversity and inclusion. 

This year, the programme has recognised and certified a total of 2,429 companies across all continents, 138 of which are in Spain.

CaixaBank, committed to the well-being of its employees

CaixaBank has launched a new 'Employee Value Proposition' for attracting and retaining talent, with initiatives aimed at attracting professionals interested in developing their careers at the bank, as well as the bank's employees. This plan includes measures relating to career progression and development, as well as well-being and inclusion, among others.

The bank also has a corporate well-being programme, Somos Saludables, with a 360° well-being strategy aimed at CaixaBank employees, their families, customers, shareholders, investors, suppliers and the wider society.

Thanks to all these initiatives, CaixaBank has received a number of awards in recent years, including Level A Excellence in the Family-Responsible Company Certificate from the Fundación Másfamilia, the Healthy Organisation Management Systems (SIGOS) and Health and Safety at work (ISO 45001) certifications awarded by AENOR and Audelco. It is also one of the best companies to work for, according to the main professional rankings.
