Sport and finances are more related than you might think

At CaixaBank, we know that sport and finances share essential values that we can all learn and put into practice. This is why, in Tiempo Extra, journalist and content creator Sofía de la Iglesia speaks to three big names in the world of sport to discover how the values of high performance can be brought to real life.

Three episodes, three stories and three key concepts to give your economy a winning mentality.

  • Rudy Fernández

Entrepreneurship on the court and in life

Entrepreneurship is like basketball: strategy, vision and decision. Find out how Rudy Fernández applies his winning mentality on and off the court.

  • Sara Andrés

Saving, the key to move forwards

Saving is like an athlete's preparation: every effort adds up so you can go further. Sara Andrés tells us how planning is key to success.

  • Jana Fernández

Investing in the future with a game mindset

Investing is a long-term game. Jana Fernández shows us how to bet on growth with the same discipline with which she trains every day.

Because in life, as in sport, success does not come from luck, but from strategy, preparation and a long-term vision.
