For the seventh year in a row, CaixaBank was voted "Best Digital Consumer Bank in Spain" at the World’s Best Consumer Digital Banks Awards 2022 of Global Finance Magazine. As well as this national prize are two global prizes - "Best Digital Consumer Bank for Online Deposit, Card and Investment Product Offerings in the World 2022" and "Best Digital Consumer Bank for Bill Payment & Presentment in the World 2022" - and one continental prize - "Best Digital Consumer Bank for Lending in Western Europe 2022". The company thus solidifies its standing as a leader in digital banking not only in Spain, but worldwide.
The awards which celebrate their 23rd year, select the world's best banks in the areas of digitisation and innovation, judging them on, among others, their strategy to attract and serve digital customers, the growth in the number of digital customers, innovative portfolios of products and services, as well as the comfort and convenience of using their digital tools and applications.

The jury for the awards, consisting of a panel of judges from the technical consultancy Infosys and the magazine's editors, recognised CaixaBank's leadership in Spain, where it has the largest digital customer base, of 11.1 million, as well as 3 million customers who connect every day to the CaixaBankNow digital banking platform. The company's digital service channels in Spain (PC + mobile phone) have a combined penetration rate of 44%.
